Dream Circles

The Dream Circle is just that - a circle of people sharing dreams on a weekly basis, and using Jung's understanding of the dream and the psyche as a guide.  Currently I am facilitating two dream groups, a Women's Dream Group on Tuesdays at 4:30-6:00 pm CST on Zoom, and a Men's Dream Group on Thursdays at 9am CST. At present, the Women's Group is open to new members, while the Men's Group is currently closed.

The cost of the Women's Group is currently $20 per session.

The work done in the group is primarily to support the inner work we do as individuals on our own, not as a replacement for the individual work.  And it is not a therapy group, but more a skills group in working with dreams.  In all of the groups, we have  a rotation of sorts, so that we attend to one person's dreams at a given meeting.

The method I have evolved for the group work with dreams is patterned after the Picture Interpretation method developed by Theo Abt, the Picture Interpretation specialist of the training program in Switzerland I attend. This process keeps the focus very much on the dream, allowing it to speak for itself, so to say.

Attending to the dream in the circle provides a living context for the dream.  Listening to another's dreams is a sacred trust, and as members of the circle, we try to hold the dream as something sacred.

If you are interested in becoming a part of a Dream Circle, please let me know,  and we can see what might develop.
